These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and tay777 ("tay777," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the tay777 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at tay777.app (the "Platform").

tay777 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

Each player may hold only one (1) tay777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your tay777 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.

tay777 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any time tay777 deems necessary.

tay777 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and payment method.

• tay777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

tay777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are credited to your tay777 account in accordance with the specific promotion terms. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per household, IP address, or device.

All content on the tay777 Platform — including but not limited to the tay777 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of tay777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any tay777 content without prior written consent from tay777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tay777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

tay777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tay777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tay777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

tay777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• At tay777's sole discretion, for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

You may close your tay777 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

tay777 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.

tay777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the tay777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
